Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy explains how Fin Road (“Fin Road”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

  • Members: name, business name, email, phone, office admin email, photo or logo, and bank details for commission payments.
  • Masterclass students: name and email address, and the programs you purchase and watch.
  • Website visitors: technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, and a referral cookie that records which member’s link you clicked.
  • Contact form: the details you choose to send us.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe.

How we use it

  • To provide memberships, courses and the weekly video service.
  • To process payments and calculate and pay commissions.
  • To send service emails, and marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To answer enquiries, prevent fraud and improve the website.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run Fin Road: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Bunny.net (video delivery) and our web host. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. When you buy through a member’s link, we show that member your first name and last initial, what you bought and its value so their commission can be paid. We also count visits to their links using an anonymous visitor ID (no IP address is stored). We never give members your email, contact or payment details. We never sell personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, and a referral cookie that lasts up to 60 days so the member who referred you is credited. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, through our contact form. We will respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
