These terms apply to agents, brokers and businesses in the Fin Road Partner Program (“Members”). They sit alongside the general Terms of Use.
Membership
- Memberships are billed in advance by Stripe at the price shown when you join, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Part periods are not refunded.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
Using the weekly videos
- You may send the weekly videos to your own clients and contacts using the email block, link or code we provide.
- You must send them only to people who have agreed to receive email from you, and comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), including an unsubscribe option.
- You must not download, edit, re-upload or present the videos as your own production, or add claims or advice to them.
- When your membership ends, existing links keep working but you must not send new ones.
Commissions
- You earn commission on Masterclass sales made through your referral link, at the rate for your membership level shown in your dashboard.
- A sale is credited to the last member link the buyer clicked within the referral window.
- Purchases you make yourself, and refunded or fraudulent orders, do not earn commission.
- Commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer for referrals older than 30 days, once your bank details are in your dashboard.
- You are responsible for your own tax obligations on commissions received.
Your conduct
You must not describe Fin Road content as personal financial advice, make misleading claims about it, or bid on Fin Road brand terms in paid search. We may suspend a membership or withhold commission for a breach of these terms.
