All Fin Road videos, courses and content are general educational information. They do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs and are not financial, tax, legal or credit advice. Consider whether the information is appropriate for you and seek advice from a licensed professional before making any decision.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and must not be shared.
Masterclass purchases
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the programs you buy for as long as Fin Road operates them.
- If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All videos, scripts, characters, artwork and course material are owned by or licensed to Fin Road. You may not copy, download, re-upload, resell or publicly show them except as these terms or the Membership and Affiliate Terms allow.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to access content you haven’t paid for, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fin Road is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the price paid.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
