What exactly do I receive?
One new white-label animated financial education video every week. We email you the link on Sunday night as a ready-to-paste block, and every past video stays in your partner dashboard.
Do I have to send it on Sunday?
No. The link arrives Sunday night so it’s ready for the week ahead. Send it to your database whatever day suits you, or save it for your next newsletter.
Does Fin Road give advice or refer my clients to anyone?
No. Fin Road is a white-label education service only. We don’t give financial advice, recommend products or refer your clients to any adviser, lender, insurer or other service.
Is it white-label?
Yes. The videos carry no Fin Road branding. The page your clients watch on shows your name, and on the Office tier your logo, business name and phone number.
Can the video play inside my email?
No email program reliably plays video. The block you paste shows the video thumbnail with a play button. One click opens the video on its own page, where it plays straight away.
Which email systems does it work with?
Any system that lets you paste content or HTML: Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, AgentBox, Rex, VaultRE, Eagle, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Outlook and Gmail.
What is the difference between Agent and Office?
Agent is for an individual. Office adds a second recipient (your office admin gets the weekly email too), shows your photo or logo and business name on the watch page, and pays a higher commission rate.
How do I earn commission?
Every link in your weekly email carries your referral code. When a client buys a Masterclass after clicking your link, the sale is credited to you. Your balance and every referral are visible in your dashboard.
When are commissions paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer, for referrals older than 30 days. Add your bank details in your dashboard.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Billing button in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Will the videos promote other businesses?
No. The videos carry no branding except yours on the watch page, and they point viewers back to the person who shared them.
For Masterclass students
How do I access a Masterclass after buying?
We email you a link to set your password. Log in and go to My courses. Your programs are there for as long as the site operates.
Is this financial advice?
No. Fin Road provides general education only. It doesn’t take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Speak to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re not happy, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
